The property had competent and expert staff at the reception desk. The standard queen room was contemporary, the food was great. The bed was nice, and there was a bidet. The location was very central, right by a romantic getaway, local restaurants, the nearest town, and the beach, all in a pretty quiet area.

We had an amazing experience at Torre Barbara! The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They reserved our table at the restaurant every day and even remembered our breakfast preferences. The lemon dessert they made with freshly picked lemons was the best I've ever had! Dominico, the shuttle driver, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for dining, shopping, and enjoying gelato. The customer service here was truly 5-star, even though it's not a luxury resort. Plus, the view over the Naples bay and Vesuvius was breathtaking. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast buffet and the option for a delicious dinner. It was also conveniently located for visiting Pompeii, which was a bonus for our family. Torre Barbara gave us the perfect holiday vibes!

Hotel is poorly located along a busy road. We planned to stay for 6 nights but cancelled our reservation after the second night due to the: 1. very noisy main traffic road just below the hotel (below the windows) so we couldn't open the windows during the night 2. bad cappuccino and bread selection for breakfast. We had to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the daily rate for the remaining nights that we had planned to stay. Breakfast with poor selection in general.

Beautiful hotel close to the main road, great room (Junior Suite), very clean, terrace with fantastic views over Naples Bay, nice garden with small swimming pool, helpful and kind staff. Free Parking. Good point of departure for the visit of Pompeii&Ercolano (35 minutes) and Sorrento (20 minutes).

Breakfast could have been better. Too close to the main road (although the rooms are soundproof enough).

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of Castello Giusso and right in front of a bus station, which is amazing.

Along the coastal highway with people driving like crazy (for which the hotel is of course not to blame - but the drive from the bay is not for the faint-hearted). Limited breakfast buffet but the view from the terrace makes up for it.
